Yesterday was a quiet one at the pool.

It would have been a really great day if I didn’t have to deal with the jean shorts wearing power thief.

What better way to spend a day than swimming with your friends? We were so proud of Ashton this weekend. Heading into the water with the big kids and keeping right up.

It was a hazy day since we were still picking up smoke from the the NC fires, but it was a good one.

Nothing beats a day in the water with your best friend.

We had the best weekend at the pool. These two are just so cute together. Their love/hate relationship is a classic. Today went really well because Kaiden did her best job at fully participating in Ethan’s Digimon crap, going as far as insisting we call her Rika. She kept right up with the boys and their constant swimming from one side to the other.

They were especially chummy today which was super nice because Misty and I had a late night last night and were feeling the effects of a very fun night. Adam and I celebrated our anniversary today and last night he got some very special surprises when midnight hit.  He is lucky my best friend likes him.
