Getting it all packed up and ready to head out the door. Keeping the fingers crossed that the clouds stay away and the bugs aren’t hungry. I’ll be back Sunday, so I’ll probably just do two posts today to make up for the missed one tomorrow. Can I do that for my 365? Yes, I can! Because I make up my own rules!

Misty and I left around 6 today to shop for the remainder of the things we needed for our weekend camping trip. Who knew we’d be out until 10:30? Seriously, we’re only going for two nights! But we have enough to feed the campground, debug the campground, and sunscreen the campground. We must have been Boy Scouts in a previous life, because we are ALWAYS prepared!
The highlight of our night out without kids, other than a trip to Macy’s to pick up a new swimsuit, was our lovely outdoor dining experience at the local Wawa. We really know how to do things up!
Wish us luck, and keep your fingers crossed that the thunderstorms from all of this humidity don’t hit us, and that a cool breeze blows off the Chesapeake Bay at night.
